Cooking Time: 15-20 mins


300 g Strawberry
150 g Sugar
1 Tbl Sp Lemon Juice


  1. Turn on Stove, add Strawberry in Pan.
  2. Add sugar and mix it well.
  3. Don’t add water.
  4. Let it cook for about 10 mins at Low Flame.
  5. Sugar will be melt.
  6. Add Lemon Juice and mix it well.
  7. Cook it for more 5-10 mins at Low Flame.
  8. Time will be according to thickness of Jam.
  9. Put a drop in plate if it become hard in 15-20 sec it means its ready now.
