Ingredients
4 to 5 Brinjals soaked in salt water
1 Egg
½ Cup Besan
½ Tbl Spoon Cumin
½ Tbl Spoon Coriander powder
Salt as required
½ Tea Spoon Red Chilli powder
1 Tbl spoon of Mix Masala Powder or Garam masala powder
Method
- Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin, mix masala powder and egg in a bowl and mix them well to make a batter.
- Add water to get the right consistency of the batter. We use egg to make our pakoras crispy.
- Keep aside for a few minutes.
- The next step is to take oil in a pan and heat it before adding your batter in the pan.
- Now add your batter and fry it until you get a beautiful golden colored pakoras. Take your pakoras out and enjoy your crunchy snack with your favorite chutney.
